This is a 10" schedule 80 PVC blind flange with standard bolt pattern. Blind flanges are unique in that they do not have an opening in the center. Instead they are designed to stop flow in a pipe line - often used to end a line. A bolt kit is required for installation. Recommended for use with other PVC material.
