How long will it take to receive my order? Back to Top We have most items in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days, you should receive your order in 3-7 business days for ground shipping. Some items may require 3-4 days to prepare for shipment, and you should receive your order in 4-8 business days for ground shipping.
Does your company require a minimum order? Back to Top No, we do not have any minimum order requirements.
How do we place an order? Back to Top 1. The best way is to place your order directly through this website and our Secure Online Shopping Cart. You can search or browse our inventory and you will find an Add To Cart button by each item. 2. You may place your order by phone by calling 844-506-5437. However, using our online shopping cart is the fastest and most accurate way because it is automated. Calling in orders requires manual entry into our computer system, adding at least 2 extra steps, and as is always the case with human data entry, increasing the chance of errors or omissions.
Will I be charged different prices for items ordered by phone, then for items ordered online? Back to Top No. Prices remain the same regardless of how they are ordered.

How is shipping and handling calculated? Back to Top Shipping costs are calculated using the shipping company's freight calculator. UPS and USPS both calculate their own shipping costs based on the weight/size of the package and where it is shipping.
Can you charge my UPS account for shipping? Back to Top If you would like to use your own UPS account number, please call us to arrange shipment before placing your order.
Do you ship outside of the Continental United States or to other countries? Back to Top We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but we are not currently accepting international orders.
Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska? Back to Top Yes, we can ship most products to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. possessions or territories, but these orders may incur additional charges. Due to regulations regarding some PVC cements and adhesives, some products cannot ship outside of the continental US.

Do you charge Sales Tax? Back to Top We only charge sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in South Carolina.

What about warranties? Back to Top All of our products are covered under the manufacturer's warranties (if applicable).
Do PVC Fittings need to be protected from the sun? Back to Top We recommend PVC be protected from exposure to sunlight. Either paint it, bury it, or cover it with something. Furniture grade PVC pipe and fittings are made to be more resistant to UV exposure.
Can I pick up my order in person (WILL CALL)? Back to Top We do not offer will call services at this time.
How soon do I have to report any problems with an order I received if I have damaged or missing items? Back to Top Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and call us at 844-506-5437 to report any errors.
