Whitlam Low VOC PVC Clear Regular Bodied Cement is a smooth consistency, clear regular bodied cement specially formulated for smaller diameter solvent weld PVC pipe and fittings. Should be used in conjuction with Whitlam Clear Cleaner or Whitlam Low VOC Purple Primer.
